- By making the initial or final submission, I/We hereby represent and warrant that I/We agree to all the terms and policies of the International Journal of Advanced Research and Innovations.
- I/We hereby represent and warrant that any email received by or sent to the journal will remain confidential, and no content shall be displayed, posted, or shared in print or online media under any circumstances. The journal reserves the right to take legal action if this policy is violated.
- I/We hereby represent and warrant that the submitted paper is original, not plagiarized, and has not been published elsewhere. I/We confirm that we are the rightful authors of the paper, except for content that is clearly cited with proper references and permissions from copyright owners where applicable.
- I/We confirm that we have obtained consent from our University/Institution/Employer/Project Guide/Supervisor/Research Committee before submitting our article to the journal.
- I/We confirm that we have obtained consent from all co-authors before submitting our article.
- I/We acknowledge that we are fully aware of the authenticity, validity, and originality of the journal. In case our publication is rejected by our University/Institution/Employer/Project Guide/Supervisor/Research Committee, I/We will not request a refund or pursue any legal action against them or the journal.
- I/We fully understand the Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, Privacy Policy, Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Plagiarism Policy outlined by the journal.
- I agree to pay Post Publication Correction Charges (₹2700 INR / $32 USD) if corrections are requested or brought to notice after 3 days of the paper’s publication (one-time request only).
- I/We accept that if any copyright infringement claim is filed and proven against our published article in the future, the journal reserves the right to remove the article from the index immediately without prior notice. I/We will not request a refund or pursue any legal action against the journal.
- I/We understand that I/We are solely responsible for the impact or outcomes of this publication decision. I/We will not request a refund or pursue legal action against anyone or the journal for the same.
- The journal shall not take responsibility for the contents of published articles; all such liability shall rest with the authors.
- The opinions expressed in the published articles are those of the authors, and the journal may disagree with them in part or in full. All submitted articles undergo a rigorous peer-review process for authenticity, ethical standards, and research quality.
- The decision of the reviewers shall be final. Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their published work. The journal is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards of scientific publication.
- The journal retains the copyright for all published material. However, reproduction of published content in part or whole is permitted with proper acknowledgment of the source as per ethical norms.
